Mirror Hsu Hao/TR Hsu Hao Bio

One of the most prominent high ranks of the Red Dragon. He was born in Mongolia, but moved to China from a young age. Hsu Hao once served loyally the Chinese military forces, the PLA, and all he received in return by his superiors was being used as a lab rat in experiments destined to create perfect soldiers. Doctor Rotwang, a scientist known in the criminal world due to his ability to create incredibly advanced technology, was hired by the PLA to implant a cybernetic heart in Hsu Hao… but luckily for him, he was there to do more than that.

Rotwang revealed to Hsu Hao that he had turned over a new leaf in his life quite a few years ago, but still pretended to be willing to assist heinous activities so he could actually prevent them, in an attempt to make up for what he had done in the past. As such, he offered Hsu Hao a chance to escape. He also told him that if he actually gave him the cybernetic heart he had designed it would make the escape easier, although he made it clear he would never experiment on him against his will. Hsu Hao was thankful for the Doctor’s offer, and decided to go along with his plan, also accepting the cybernetic heart out of finding it useful.

When everything was prepared just as they had wished, Rotwang and Hsu Hao started their escape, being assisted by Rotwang’s allies: the Red Dragon, specifically Mavado and some of his trusted soldiers. All together managed to take Hsu Hao out of the base, and also took the chance to stop any other heinous experiment which was being performed there and later expose those actions to the public through their multiple contacts, which luckily put an end to the terrible actions that section of the PLA dared to do.

After Hsu Hao was rescued, he was offered by Mavado an explanation on everything. He told him everything about the Red Dragon, also telling him that they could offer him protection against anyone wanting to chase after him for his escape. Hsu Hao accepted, grateful for everything the clan was doing for him.

As time went on, Hsu Hao’s interest in the Red Dragon grew, wanting to discover even more about it. He even reunited with Daegon himself, who had no problem in taking some time to explain everything related to the Red Dragon’s objectives even with more detail than Mavado had, particularly stopping the Golden Dragon and finding a way to definitely prevent Armageddon. Hsu Hao saw in Daegon and his organization something he always respected, sincerity and professionalism. That, alongside his personal need to be part of a cause which had made him feel empty after being betrayed by his prior organization, made him offer his service and loyalty to the Red Dragon, which Daegon gladly accepted.

Hsu Hao decided to work directly under his current superior and friend, Mavado, who didn’t just train him to be part of the clan, but also decided to teach him to open himself personally a bit more. Hsu Hao was a reserved person who based himself on being a professional, always following logical choices and never making things personal while fighting for the cause he decided to dedicate himself to. While Mavado respected it, he also simply thought he could use some friends, himself included. With time, Hsu Hao has indeed started to become more friendly and open with other members of the Red Dragon, although he still has his professional persona most of the time, especially during missions.

Recently, with the alliance with the US Special Forces, Hsu Hao has found himself grateful to have the chance to work alongside some of its members, especially the ones who seem as dedicated as he is, like Jackson Briggs and Sonya Blade. Unfortunately, he and the rest of the Red Dragon don’t know that they will be greatly disappointed by their so-called new allies sooner or later…

And I got around to drawing my take on characters from Deadly Alliance. Not my best batch, at least I got a start for them.

Fun Facts:

I had the idea that Li Mei wears scar in her hair when later when she has her hair down, she wears the scarf on her head.

I'm not too pround Hsu Hao's design as much but I do like the idea of where Kano's Cybernetic Heart is something he could possibly take where Hao's Cybernetic Heart is fully attached to him.

I only gave Kenshi some facial hair because I think he looks good with it.

Hi! I’m a fanfic writer and I wanted to post about my content on this platform cause I really hope people will read and enjoy it.

Gonna start off with my longest passion project: for the past few years I’ve been working on a story called Mortal Kombat Requiem, a direct sequel to MKX ignoring MK11 entirely and aiming to fix a lot of my issues with the MK9 timeline and create a better follow-up to the plot points MKX established because quite frankly, side barring into nonsense time travel was not it for me.
